Immigration Documents

1. Make and keep copies of all of your documents (paper and electronic copies are recommended)
2. Keep all documents in a safe place
3. Keep all of your previously issued documents, such as I-20s
4. Report any lost I-20 to the International Programs Office immediately to request a re-print
5. Report any stolen/lost passport to the International Programs Office immediately, file a police report, and contact your Embassy or Consulate
6. Report any changes to your documents to your International Student Advisor
7. If you travel and get new documents (passport, visa, etc.) bring a copy to the International Programs Office at Plant Hall room 300

• Certificate of Eligibility (I-20 or DS-2019)
• Port of Entry Stamp
• SEVIS I-901 Receipt
