How To Print Your I-94 Record

Need Your I-94 Record?
If a school, local, state or federal agency requests your I-94 information to prove your legal visitor status in the US, go to https://i94.cbp.dhs.gov/I94 to print it out or save a screenshot.

Click on the “Get Most Recent I-94” tab.

In the next window, you will be required to read and accept terms of the website (“Consent & Continue").

You will need to provide:
  1. First (Given) Name – as it appears on the passport/visa.
  2. Last (Family) Name/Surname – as it appears on the passport/visa.
  3. Birth Date – Day/Month/Year (i.e. 18/MARCH/1991).
  4. Passport Number – as it appears on the passport/visa.
  5. Passport Country of Issuance – country of citizenship as it appears on the passport.
  6. Click “NEXT”.
  7. Click "PRINT" to retrieve your Most Recent I-94. Do not click on "GET THIS TRAVELER'S TRAVEL HISTORY". Do not take a screenshot of the record.
  8. Save the document as a PDF. It should contain an OMB number and an Expiration Date in very little case at the bottom right.

If your I-94 record is unable to be found, please contact your International Student Advisor for assistance.
